Immunosuppression: none
Site of prior radiotherapy: no
Histological subtype: nodular, superficial, or other non-aggressive growth pattern
Perineural involvement: none
High risk
Location and diameter: ≥2 cm on trunk or extremities; or any size on head, neck, hands, feet, pretibial, or anogenital region
Clinical boarders: poorly defined
Primary versus recurrent: recurrent
Immunosuppression: yes
Site of prior radiotherapy: yes
Histological subtype: aggressive growth pattern
Perineural involvement: yes
